This was another project knocked out during the Covid lockdown/pandemic.

For me, there’s nothing like building this classic chestnut of a kit.

You can build it box stock.

You can add bells and whistles.

And, there is always something to learn.

Thank you, Chris. Sincerely. I’ve come close a few times and each time I kick myself for not going all the way and work for a shop. Here I’ve composited my model (top image) into a still based on an episode, adding grain and knocking the color balance towards blue as indicated by the original design; I’ve included the actual still for comparison.
