SPA Modeler

Hi Folks - Here is my seventh model I completed this year. This is the second time i made the same model from Academy.



I wanted to build an Indonesian Air Force T-Bird but I got distracted after moving out. So I decided to go with the box decals.



The T-Bird is one of my favorite planes. I just love the classic look and design. Lockheed desingers and engineers really made their mark on this one. Its a timeless piece of engineering marvel.



It's a great simple kit with few parts that makes completing the model easy for novice and advance modelers. The cockpit needs a tad upgrade to make it a bit more interesting.



The only other detail changes I made was to show the belly double air breaks in opened position.

Thanks, Guys!. There wasn't a lot of effort as I have done this kit once and knew how to tacle the issues. Even the cockpit had minor touches, like here the seatbelts.

Its a bit hard looking into the cockpit with thw canopy on. Here is a pict just prior fixing the canopy on.

Very nice finish it looks good as all I've seen from you so far.

Thanks, Martin. Not always smooth though. This project was almost a walk in the park. Minor blemishes like these were treated quickly
