HELP! Sticky pins ?

Hi all,
I go crazy... I am trying to find an web-shop that sells those "sticky pins" or whatever they are called... But cannot find, probably because I cannot remember what is the official/formal name of these aid tools... Would certainly help googling..
In other words sort of pen/pin where the top is made of some sticky rubber surface.
Extremely practical when "playing" with PE parts, or any pretty light plastic pieces where tweezers just don't work.
a) anyone knowing what is the real name for these sticky pins (so I can google myself to correct place)
b) or if anyone knows any web-store that sell them ?
c) of plain curiosity, does anyone use such tools ?

Ever tried a toothpick with a beadlet of Blu-Tack or UHU TAC aka UHU patafix on its tip?

That is what I do. But if there is an alternative way I would like to know.

Many thanks Thomas, precisely what I am looking for!
Airfixer: Yes, I do also use the blue-tac + stick method or the inversed tape around your finger method.. but I had once this kind of sticky-stick and just loved it!

Look on that auction site for "White wax pencil pick-up tool" they are used in nail art. You can usually pick up 5 of them for under $5 with free shipping. It's what I use for doing PE in my workshop.

You can also find them by looking for wax pens, etd. a lot of beading sources have them as they are used to pick up small rhinestones, etc.
