Progress is looking good Borg! Man....I really need to get in the aircraft section more often.

Well done!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: Possible subject: a yellow tailed Polikarpov I-153
After a pause of half a year I got to work on this build. I am home alone for the weekend so I was able to put in some hours. I painted the cockpit with Alan paint. I really like those and they are pre mixed for USSR colours. The homemade resin seat worked fine. And although the cockpit can be barely see the seat is the only thing that you can see.
I also installed the home made resin exhaust pipes. That was a bit more difficult due to the resin stubs and the tight fit of the four piece cowling. I will have to use some filler there. The rest of the kit was an easy build. Next to do : filler and sanding.

I also made a control rod for the tailplane but it is very difficult to see that.

Starting to look like a proper I-153 now!
