These areas are in my unfinished basement. It's insulated,we also use it for storage, and work out equipment.I just need to add some better overhead lighting, otherwise thats it. It's cool in the summer and not freezing in the winter. The whole area is 1484 sq ft,maybe somewhere down the we might finish it,but I do not have those skills and it would cost a load of money. But I am content to have a good space to build and display.I will probably add a few touches as I go along to make it my own.The area is in the lower part of the house with the walk out.

Re: New Work Area
Very nice setup! Room to grow, too. Love the house.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: New Work Area
Beautiful home, it wouldn't take much to throw some drywall up down there or even some paneling.

A blank canvas. For decent overhead lighting. Sam's club has LED shop lights for $35

That would be a dream come true for me. You've got so much area to work with right there that you could do about anything you wanted with it. Good stuff Anthony.

Re: New Work Area
That is magnificent! The house is gorgeous too! What a great place to work on a new Hobby Room. I'd come out to help if I could.
