Thanks Carlos! That entire steering wheel was kit chrome. I'll probably dry brush some dark brown/ black ground up pastel on the steering wheel ring to make it look a little more realistic.

Robbed the foot pedal assemblies from the AMT Mustang kit and cut the grossly over scale swing levers from the back of each pedal. Will be working on forming the replacement levers and mounting them next.

Got the mounts for the swing pedals mounted in last night so all I had to do this morning was adhere the pedals to the swing levers that I cut and formed last night as well and insert them into the drilled holes in the mounts. I'm good with this so......it'll be off to painting these and final mounting.

All your little improvements are starting to add up. Those pedals look much better! :shoutout:

Joe, just marvelous work. Outstanding!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks Lyle.

Finished this part up this morning by painting the swing levers and pedals. I also darkened the steering wheel wood just a tad...

Miles past the OOB offering. Is the ProStock script a decal or did you freehand that?
Thanks,

Thanks Carlos and John.

John: That is an emblem / script from a Detail Master PE set. One of the liberties that I took with this car (and there aren't many on it).
