

I really “handled” the edge a bit roughly after making the cut with a saw. I have to make eight. I have to think about this. Is it worth the doing... and the redoing when inevitably I don’t get the edges right... and redoing when the angle is off?



BRAVO!jkim wrote:... you can cut the brass tubing a little bit longer than needed. Once cut, you can file down the angled cut by rubbing it against a sanding stick. I usually clean up the burred edges of my brass gun barrels this way.
