I've never heard of that scheme Carlos, but it's pretty cool.

It's strange seeing guys in Vietnam era combats in Europe.

It’s a really good looking scheme I think. That was the bridge between OD and MERDC in Europe. But that was the only place where it was used. Korea had a different scheme at that time, and stateside stuff was OD.

The guys in the photo that I posted are in standard fatigues and field jackets, not the jungle fatigues.

I only got in an hour or less in at the bench this morning, so some quick work. Based off what I was told regarding inaccuracies in this kit, I sanded the shape of the sides to correct the profile of the rear wheel area

Then I built and added added the radios, antenna mount, and dash area

One more longer session and gluing will be complete. Then comes the fun part... painting!

Makes sense! Sorry, I was referring to the plain green fatigues and patches etc.

This has came together fast! Not much to a Willy's, have you seen the video where a few guys disassemble and put back together one in just a few minutes?
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Great video clip Clint! They put an Indy pit crew to shame.

cool and funny. Tamiya must have built that one.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks Mike. I should be able to get some paint going on in a couple more days. I need to get the engine and underbody/suspension done in dark OD first, then I can cut loose on the topside camo scheme.
