You’ve done a great job on that cockpit, and I very much enjoy the belts you’ve built, they look fantastic. I’m especially enamored with the color of them. Very nice looking with the cockpit base color. Great work.

I got a lot done mostly putty and sanding but I have something that looks like a 109 now!
This is after fuselage was closed up and the first wave of putty and sanding done.
I then turned my attention to the gearbay. First I opened up the holes in this piece on both sides.
I then primed everything that was getting painted Tamiya RLM02 with Alcald fine grey primer.
The wings, oil cooler and radiators was added next. The wings had to have a lot of sanding to get the top and bottom to sit flush. Also the radiators have a step that needs to be removed for them to sit right on the wings.
This shows the problem I had with the wings and radiators.

I like you short knife a lot, seems to fit very well in the hand. Have you made it yourself or bought it ?
Also nice really to watch and follow your technics, even as simple thing as adding cement on the seams!

Beautiful seam work all around - particularly at the wing root. What is that you are using to fill the gap itself? I subscribed but I have yet to watch the latest videos. So. If that’s explained in the video, let me know. And thanks in advance.

Kari I really like the short blade too it fits better in my hand and I feel like I have more control over it. About 10 years ago my In-laws gave me a Kobalt multi tool set and that small part goes into a bigger handle that I never use with it.
all together it's too large for me but I have sure used the hell out of the blade holder part.
Bruce! Thank you so much I'm using Perfect Plastic Putty, none of the gaps was extremely large so I didn't need to break out the milliput this time.
