Once I get the deck on, I believe things will start to move quickly. Just completing the stern boat area and bow anchor chain will allow me to attach the deck and complete the girders. It will look far more advanced with the deck on. There's not much to do to the island except putting in Genda, Captain Hasegawa, Admiral Nagumo, a navigator and another crewman or two in the tiny bridge. The flight deck itself will need a few things added.
BTW, do you know where I can find a pic of the blackboard on the islands side for the pilot briefing? You know the one with the Hiragana or Katakana (whichever) writing on it. I wanted to miniaturize it to stick on the island.
