Joe! What a magnificent mottle job! Wow, I don't know who has mastered this technique more: you or John Kim. Both of you are phenomenally good!

Now that is looking good! I've been checking the GB thread but I see your hiding all your incredible painting up here!

Looking very sharp Joe!
What are the topside colors on this one going to be?

Re: 1/48 Tamiya Me-262-Progress-04/28
Thanks fellas!! Topside colors are going to be 74/75.
Got the topside colors on and was hoping for a little better definition on the mottle pattern. May come back over it with some more over the weekend. Disregard the hard demarcation line between the upper and lower colors on the gun bay doors as I'll not be using these. I'll be using the open panels. Here we are as of now.

Looks real good! Is this gonna be an initial production type with the 74/75 topside colors?

That is a good looking painting alright Carlos. The more I look at it the more dissatisfied I am with my efforts. I'm gonna have another go at those sides....I just feel like I can do better than that. I spent too much time trying to get rid of the demarcation lines at the bottom of the topside camo pattern on the fuselage and covered way too much of an area with the dark colors. I'll get this taken care of.....and soon.
