Next step......wheels and tires. As you can see in the comparison photo below, molded tire lettering removal in progress and the replacement logo decals below...

Nice work! How'd you get the raised lettering off the tires?

LOL!! First, I used my tan sanding stick from Flex I File. I think it's something like 2800 grit. Sanding softly and using alot of patience the lettering will be gone in around 10-15 minutes. After that I hit the tire with the red sanding stick, 6000 grit until I started getting a shine from the tire. After this I just rubbed the face of the tire across some cloth, (I used the cargo shorts I was wearing with my leg as the backing) for several minutes until I got the shine that you see here.
