I mostly airbrushed AK Real Color paints. I have not tried hand painting... yet. I'm curious to find out myself now that you mentioned it.
I used hardware store lacquer thinner to thin them. It seems to work just fine for me. I'd like to get their brand thinner someday to see if there's a difference.
I never used or tried AK Interactive 3rd Gen paint line.

Ah ok... you listed AK Interactive on the list of paints that you use, not AK Real Color...

I'm going to have to give the AK real stuff a try. Andy's carries it I believe.
Thanks,

Ah ok… threw me off there with the Interactive part… I guess that technically all of the AK products fall under AK Interactive.

I'll be up near Andys Thu afternoon so I may swing in and see if they have the Russian Sturmovik & bombers set. Maybe a kit or two

My order of Spanish roundel/stencils decal set came in Friday. I big thank you to Carlos for helping find these.

Re: Latest Acquesitions - pt.3
A couple of new additions to the stash...
A new tool from Ukraine out last year. I've always liked the Hawk 200, I still think it's a real shame that the RAF didn't pick a few squadrons worth to bolster our depressingly small front line force, and help the British Aviation Industry to boot.

And a nice Mohawk.

Sorry Kari, but I'll not be building the Finnish version, as I'm currently reading this rather rare book my Wife got me for Christmas.

This is close to a Grail kit as I've got, and I finally managed to pick one up last month. My wife used to work for the company that operated this aircraft, and was one of the things that got her into flying.

One from my local LMS - it was the only late MK Hurricane they had. I'm glad I did, it's by far the best 1/72 Hurricane I've built!

I've heard a lot of good things about these little 1/43 Airfix cars so I thought I'd pick one up.

I'm in the mood to build a few little jets this year, so I've picked up these...
A quite recent tool from Italeri - I know nothing about the aircraft, but apparently it's a nice kit.

A new 2023 tooling from Special Hobby - Rude not too. I'm probably going to get burned alive here, but personally I never much cared for the F-86. I think the Thunderstreak is a much nicer looking aircraft.

A nice tooling from Revell - I've never actually built a Hunter and this'll be another based on a short story written by my daughter.

And finally a nice little find from the LMS at the bottom of my street.

That should keep me going for a while
Cheers!
