Yeah I saw that. I ordered them two days ago. :giggles: They won't ship till after Aug 8th.

Exactly! It gives me time to prime and paint. I also need to get the resin props done.

With the decals now here, I primed the Orion today. Only a few spots to fix so I'm pretty happy with it.

Looks great, Mike! I recall building the Hasegawa kit back in '84 and didn't have any issues fit wise.

I do know Pax River retired their last P-3 Orion. They had a send-off before heading to the aircraft graveyard in Arizona. My understanding they're now using g P-8 Poseidons as replacement to the Orions.

I'm currently searching for decals for VX-1 Squadron, Warlocks.

Yep, pretty much every P-3 squadron has changed over to the Poseidon. I have some Pax River P-3 decals. Let me check and see if they have VX-1.
