Today I did more work on this during our online AMPS Zoom meting… I finished adding stowage and did detail painting getting this one a few inches closer to the finish line
I need to get this one ready for markings and weathering…

Thanks Stuart. The vision blocks are a paint I found at a gamers store. You put down a black base, then paint several coats of that translucent reddish purple color.That was the first coat. Depending upon the angle of the light it is pretty good at replicating the anti laser coating that appeared on western AFV optics in the late 80’s. I will go back and touch up the surrounding sand areas once I’m all done with the periscopes and vision blocks.
