Cool you found them! I thought I had lost two kits in my move to AZ only to find they fell behind the stacks in my cabinets a year later :giggles: :bag:
Thanks,

I had 2 kits stolen right under my nose - a Tamiya A-10 Warthog kit and a 1/144 scale B-52 Stratofortress kit with Griffiss AFB markings around the time the BRAC situation was happening back in the 80s.

I suspected Rotorooter guys spied it out in the open in my cellar while they ran lines thru my drainage pipes from the house to the street for clogs. Didn’t realize they were gone til months later. By then what’s the point of accusing them of them of two model kits. They’ll deny it anyway. Lesson learned…

You know, in some weird way that's a compliment to your skills as a modeler.

Maybe you'll find those kits behind some boxes?

No. They were swiped long before I returned to the hobby and long before I even had a stash. I knew where they were stored out in the open. Just plain stupidity on my part... but Rotorooter should know better to steal property from a client.

Managed to get back on my bench and worked on a couple Spitfire kits - nothing too much. May have to rename this thread as a dual build thread. Progress pics forthcoming once I have more free time.
