Nice happenings Stuart! Maybe if I get more work I'll have a couple more 'happenings' as well.

Wife just "stole" my decals from the mailbox. Said they'll be a good stocking stuffer. :bored:

Uh, isn’t that a Federal crime? You do work for the USPS?

Yes...yes it is. I'll send the postal inspectors after her

Picked up a few things at Michigan Toy Soldier . Heard good things about the GX 100 Clear so picked that up. Needed to get some gull grey for my current Tomcat project. Also, wanted to try these AK markers. I already tested the red marker on my F-14 Gear doors and I was amazed how easy it was to get a good looking red edge. I just wish the red was a bit closer to Insignia red.
Also picked up a dark grey (rubber?) weathering pencil for some experiments...

I haven’t ordered from Michigan Toy in awhile. Good stuff…

Those doors are impressive. I'm going to have to get a red pen at a minimum. Doing those doors is a pet peeve of mine.
Thanks,

I know HobbyTown in Clinton started carrying AK Interactive paint markers a couple months ago. Next time I head out there, I may pick up a couple colors ….or a few
