The Duke's Shipyards Launch Two Ships in December

Granted one is a complete fiction, but it is a boat so we launched it. First, let me present my Dragon 1/700 scale USS Roosevelt destroyer as she steams out on her shakedown cruise:

Now we have the Pegasus Hobbies 1/144 scale rendition of Jules Verne's Nautilus submarine from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea:

That's it so far, but stay tuned. I have a few more ships on the slipways that might just be done before year end. Until then, thank you for looking in, comments are welcome.

These look great! The Nautilus sure is different.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Mark, the Arleigh Burke Class DDG is nice, but man I LOVE that Nautilus! It may not be the Disney version, but your build of this ne is killer!

Those both look great, Mark. I especially like the Nautilus. What a movie, I should watch it again.
