For the final touch...scratchbuilt beaching dolly.
The only part that worried me, was the wheels...but I found a pair of 1/48 A-20 nose wheels in the scrap box that scale out less than a 1/2mm small...close enough! The caster wheels came off an engine rack, also in the scrap box.
Other than the wheels and rails(brass rod) I only used sheet styrene.
Starting with the main deck, I scribed out some planks, than run a piece of heavy grit sandpaper over it, to give it a bit of grain. Thinned "Italian Sand" was brushed over the bare, white styrene. I used cut strips for the frame.
