The road wheels look great Kari! Very nice work!

Super work Kari!
What paint did you use for the tyres?

Thanks Gary, Carlos and Stuart!
Stuart: I used MRP's Olive Drab, straight from the bottle. Excellent stuff, though rather toxic, so a mask is definitely required

Re: Cromwell Mk IV - Airfix 1:35
So, my first figure, since 1985 has been painted.
The figure comes actually from my Tamiya Comet kit, even if the uniform probably does not really match how they looked in 1944, I'm fine with it.
But holy malony, was really a great experience and something to improve next time. There are a lot of things that are not so good. I must learn better how the shadows work in the face, the eyes, details here and there. But still, I am quite happy with this first.
Also, the paintbrushes I have, are not really good quality. That I know realize too well.

Testfitting a suitable spot in the Cromwell

Let's see what next!

Nice work, Kari!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Geez... that's better than my own figure painting skills. Very nice!
