Nice. I can't even get anything to look like wood no matter what color I get - even .model Master Wood is basically all I have.

I hear ya there. I have so many different shades of wood colors, and none look truly quite right. The Model Master shade looks ok for varnished wood, but needs a secondary grain color. Hopefully this stuff will be good for the unvarnished stuff that most military crates are made from.
