John, those places are amazing :wow:

I’ve been to a few of Crazy Ludwig’s castles and palaces in Bavaria, but those….

There is an area of the Florida Panhandle known as the "forgotten coast". It goes from Apalachicola west towards Panama City Beach. there is a pennisula that is in Cape San Blas. Quiet, really quiet. We rented a vacation house there some years ago. Anyway, there is/was a lighthouse out on the eastern edge of the pennisula. if you google the "old cape san blas lighthouse location" you can see where it was. The ocean is unrelenting as it has taken a couple hundred yards of beach, so much so that they moved it off the pennisula into the town area. This is the area where it was located a move or two prior to relocation into town.

That was more than several years ago. Very peaceful. Some sort of "secret like" military installation around the site. A communications deal, I think. Not sure it is still active, but a lot of signs still up. Today's lunch? Who knows. likely a roast beef or ham sandwich.

I will admit... India does have beautiful buildings/palaces built throughout history.

Great pics Mike. Wish there were more emergency vehicle kits available. I'd like to do that ambulance and a cal fire brush rig.

I didn't take this pic. It's just way to cool not to share. It was posted on my universities linked in page (UCSD) Miramar is not far from the campus and looks like the blues are in town. The building/exhibit itself is quite interesting - google Fallen Star UCSD.

Lots of atmospheric pictures to see here!
Took this photo back in 2017 in Lisboa. What a beautiful town that is!

That's a beautiful photo, Torben! :shoutout: Wow, what a pretty place too visit!

Yesterday, as I was riding around the pond on my four-wheeler, I saw these little green frogs bunched together; I think I counted 10 of them. When I resumed riding, they all jumped. The second pic shows them just a few seconds later as they swam to the opposite end.

Ya know? :hmm: It's pretty dang handy having a telephone that takes photos too. I like that about those smart phones; and as an extra, you can call people on it as well!
