Ah man - what a bloody nightmare I've had getting these clear parts to fit (and wow, what a lot of rather large gaps I have around them to fill LOL!)...

Hellcat is looking good Stuart!

I did get some time at the bench this weekend! This big yellow nose art decal is proving to be a real pain to lay down over this raised detail on the Monogram Jug!

This is my main bench at the moment - Italeri Grumman Hellcat and Airfix P-40B and Wildcat (all 1/72). I also have a JP on the kitchen table downstairs being decalled and somewhere, I have the rockets and bombs for the F-51D I'm building.

On the Wildcat I'm trying out the interior green from the USN paint set I picked up - pretty good paint. Needed a spot of thinner but it's a nice solid colour.
