Thanks, John! That's a great memory, and yes, there is something about the old lever guns that triggers some sort of collective memory embedded in many us. They are certainly an iconic weapon and one that did play a huge role in America's development. And they are fun to shoot! :

I actually pulled quite a few from my other Kinetic kits - mainly the Viper kits and started assembling them.

I've already labeled each weapons/pods temporarily until I buy a second one. Then I will label them permanently in each slot.

In case no one knew, Michael's now has a LOT of Gundam kits and good ones at that. Mostly High Grade but they had a few really nice Master Grade and Real Grade kits. Of course one of them had to come home with me.

It came with extra aftermarket decals set. I probably won't use them.



A replacement P-51D Mustang for my dual build. I'll need to get another P-51D Mustang to use the kit's decals. Kit was $15
