Better shot of aftermarket decals from Corsair kit...

I'm pretty sure I won't use them. :bored:

If anyone is interested in them, let me know.

I should have posted this a couple of days ago, but this is my loot from Modelzona

First up, I found this M7 for an excellent price, less that half of what any stores I’ve seen selling it have been asking

Image

Then I found this Isuzu IJAAF fuel truck for an excellent price as well. The only downside is that a previous owner took the fire extinguisher cart, but I really don’t care about that being gone, I just wanted the truck. The figures, chocks, and drums are also still there

Image

And then I got these Value Gear stowage sets, and some clamps from Rhino Tools. It’s always great to see the local businesses show up in the vendor area.

All in all a good day at Modelzona.

Some nice scores there Carlos - that M7 is quite a good kit from what I've heard.

Liking the Japanese fuel truck. I keep thinking about getting some 1/48 airfield vehicles, should be good for some dio's. (of course, I need to build more 1/48th aircraft first! :headslap: )

I’m with you on needing to build more 1/48 aircraft. I think I’m at about a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio of aircraft to armor builds right now… :hmm:

The M7 looks pretty nice, and it’s the early production variant, so I think I’ll be making a Brit El Alamein Priest with this kit. A nice multi color camo scheme.

Oh ya. That fuel truck and figures are screaming dio. I'll have to look for those.

Heh... the M7 Priest was on my "to look for" list at Syrcon. Nope...didn't see one.

I've not built a 1/48 kit for a few years actually - about time I did. I picked up a couple of Tamiya kits recently (a Spitfire mk.I and P-51B) along with a Airfix Seafire - I should post up some photos.

The British North African M7 would be cool to see.
