So I attached the upper wing halves. There's ONE locating tab on the front leading edge of the wing. They both did not want to fit flush to the fuselage so some taping, clamping and gluing had to be done in stages. Also the underside where the wing and fuselage meet had some big gaps so super glue was used to fill them.

I do have an Accurate Miniatures SBD-5 Dauntless in my stash. I curious if I’m going to run into the same issues you’re having, Mike. The other is the Academy kit.
