Looking forward to seeing some paint slung at it. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and try a biplane before too long. I really want a Gladiator to go with my other BofB builds.
I really want the Tamiya Swordfish kit in 1/48 scale but they're a bit high for my budget.
oh nice - that would be good also.

I have a Gladiator, the old Lindberg kit. Not sure if I will do it in a East or North Africa scheme where they faced off against Italian CR.42 biplanes, or if I will make it 1940 Norway campaign markings... I'm kinda leaning towards one of the Africa schemes.

Warning on other hangar door next to it, I can make out DON’T, then THE, and finally END.
My guess something to do with wings edges?
Good eye indeed Tom on the hangar door warnings. :shoutout:

Bruce, I look forward to your next build update of this classic.

Looks like I missed my window, chaps. It’s raining cats and dogs and chemical pollutants from the sky. All I hear is a steady drumming of water. There is no way I can safely paint outside today. I tried it once. I thought I was safe under a covered balcony. Drops of rain had other plains. I’ll wait for the deluge to cease, which means this is going to take a few days.

I truly regret not having the ability to get on with the build. Perhaps tonight I can sneak a moment or two into the project.

I am in the same boat with all this rain. I am grateful for the Hobby Day Mondays we have that allow me to get so much done. I'd offer to let you come down and airbrush in my Hobby Room, but it's still pretty crowded in there.

Duke! Duke! Duke!

Thank you for your reply! One of the kindest replies! Thank you so much for all you do. I’m very proud that your interview continues to be seen by so many modelers online; that’s well deserved praise. I also truly appreciate all of the modelers who keep updated on their projects. Whether it be from iMessage, WhatsApp or email, I’m grateful for anyone who takes a moment to share with me what they do.

Yes it must be a bugger being dependant on the weather to be able to paint - fingers crossed that you get some decent weather soon Bruce.

Right now it’s deceptively sunny. That changes on a dime, though. I was drenched buying gas earlier.
