LOL…great interview and great to see the face behind the name. Oh man, I absolutely loved, loved loved this Prehistoric Series kits! I’ve done just about almost most of them. I have to check out and try the Humbrol poly glue someday.

Thanks so much, Duke! I have been thinking about Space 1999 Eagles a lot these days; we as modelers live in interesting times. Did you ever think you would be seeing a large scale version of the Eagle?

Thanks so much, Tom! I’ve loved the Prehistoric Scenes kits for years. I think it’s great that we now have new versions of so many of them!

:shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout: Bravo! As usual we learn more new tidbits about the interviewee, giving a better idea of who is on the other side of the keyboard/screen combination. :hmm: And this time we even get to see a partial peek at your visage. Not enough for a most wanted flyer on the wall in the post office, but better than the proverbial unibomber guesstimate poster they had for so many years. :giggles: :tease: Those Sci Fi builds and slot car overhauls you shared here are quite grand. I think that I must have missed a few completions, because most I only remember seeing as works in progress. They are beautiful! Not to mention your exquisite professional photography to show them off.

Thanks so much, Mike and Carlos! I meant it when I wrote that joining the forum here was very impactful! I’ve unlearned mistakes and learned better habits.

Thanks go to Thomas Mayer who was initially so kind to me when I had questions about joining. Thanks to the current owner and admin Torben and managing admin Lyle for keeping an eye on things. Thanks to Carlos in particular who always answered my often very ignorant questions about types of aircraft as well as being the most supportive moderator ever. Props to all the members I’ve met including the ones who slipped away to join another forum. Note to KennyX: Spam is not dead, buddy. Special thanks go to Kari, Marius, John Kim, Stuart, the Duke, Medic, John “Keavdog,” Blacksheep Tom, and so many others who are still here. Nods to Chris, Gary and Christine. I’m so grateful you’re here to build models.

A fabulous interview Bruce and like Carlos I have to say it was wonderful to see your completed sci-fi and slot car builds - the sci-fi builds especially look like stills from the movies.

Another advocate of Humbrol Tube Glue here!

Thanks, Stuart! I’ve always really liked Humbrol’s entire line of finishes too—although they dropped one of the brown colors that I would love to have for the Sopwith Camel project! Brown Bess??? I can’t recall. I think their tube glue is just the right formula of hotness for old vintage plastic joins. Again thanks for reading and following along here.

Great Interview Bruce. You are definitely a Modeler -- but that does not mean you cannot call yourself something else as well. Those Si-Fi models you did are amazing to say nothing of the top notch photography and lighting. :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout:
