Oh very much so - I find it very relaxing. It's one of the reasons I don't listen to music whilst modelling, and why I love brush painting, I find it very cathartic.

I also find it fun and relaxing, that's one reason I'm so productive. I get into it and don't want to stop because I'm having all that fun. It's so very therapeutic when I see great progress and finished kits.
