Looking good!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Well I think this is a small world if Mr. Yost is from Pittsburgh! If it’s him, wow, cool guy.
Anywhooo I like where you are taking this project!

Thanks fellas.
I can't remember where Donn was from Bruce but I'll have a look. He was an exceptional auto modeler and is greatly missed.
Speaking of interiors, I've managed to start Car #1's interior. We'll be going with black on this one. I started by painting everything in there in flat black, then masked off the floor and comfort weaving on the rear seat and shot a coat of semi-gloss black to add depth and detail to the whole thing. I threw a set of floor mats in there for good measure and will shoot a light coat of dull coat on them to remove the gloss from them.
Next.....I thought I'd have a little fun with this part of the build and robbed a center console from an AMT Pro Street Nova kit (I've got four of these things) I had in the stash. Fits perfectly and doesn't interfere with the dash at all. Will be painting the base of the console in black and leave the chrome insert on top of the console in place.

I knew the interior needed something but I didn't know what until I remembered that I had three of those Nova kits in the stash for a number of reasons and this was one of 'em.
This interior is so bare that it needed a console to help add that extra "punch" and it fits perfectly in there.
