:headslap:

It's a fab kit John - I'm sure you'll enjoy it when you get a chance to build it.

Staurt, Bandai's decals are great! There's even two aftermarket decal companies that do Gundam decals and they're both really good.

Sopwith 1 1/2 strutter?
Ah nice, I see where you're going with that - but no, It's actually Airfix's rather nice interior structure for the Westland Lysander I started building last week.

The detail and the fit is superb. :wow:

I'll get a thread started for it.
:headslap: The barely visible tail and the fuel tank behind the pilot should have clued me in… but the framing is from that same between the wars design era as the Stringbag.

Is this Airfix kit a 1/72 or 1/48 Lizzie?

This is 1/48th Carlos - it came out last year I think, maybe 2024. They haven't tooled a 1/72 version yet but they are going to release a blacked out SOE version of this kit in the Autumn/Fall, that I'v already got on pre-order.

This is the boxing I have.

That's good to know Mike. These Gundam look really good when they're decalled up and maybe weathered.

Nice! A Lysander. Interesting to see bombs mounted on main struts. Definitely I want to build.
