Because it's not an armour build without a bucket!

Excellent work Carlos, that looks fab. It's a really interesting little subject and you've more than done it justice.

I know there’s a Monty Python joke here, Stuart. “Better bring a bucket!”

Didn't see this one here till now Carlos. An exceptional build with just the right amount of details and some very good weathering effects giving it a good "in the field" look. :shoutout:

I know, right? Thanks for posting the clip, John! I still don’t quite understand how to parse out the you tube video links via the forum system. I don’t get it. It’s so sad, frankly.

Just use the video identifier

For example - the URL for the video I posted is

Code: Select all

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aczPDGC3f8U

and the ID is the v=xyz e.g.

aczPDGC3f8U

so clicking the youtube button above the box generates

Simply paste the video ID in between e.g.

Thanks,
John

:giggles: :giggles: :giggles: You guys are too much! Stuart, I stayed away from buckets on my German armor builds for ages because they are so cliché… like a pointing figure. But I did see these buckets on multiple photos of these trucks and decided to add one here. The latest reactions and comments are too much

The bucket scene in The Meaning of Life… perfect Python madness! Personally when I think of buckets in movies, it’s usually from The Big Red One when they’re in Sicily. It’s a cold scene in many respects, but reflects the core truths of being in a rifle squad.

Joe, I’m happy to see that you came across this one on here.

This part? :giggles:

American infantrymen in a freezing foxhole talk about a woman, with one soldier joking about getting her backside freezing cold against a window, leading another to ask, "What are you gonna do with the frozen butt?" and the punchline: "Thaw it out!"
Thanks,
John

Great scene. But the part I’m referring to is earlier in the movie and in the war  It involves a replacement in the squad bringing up a pail of water.
