1/72 "Wilde Sau's"

1st up, "Yellow 1"...Hasegawa kit. I drilled holes and used .09gauge guitar string for all the dipole antennas. Markings were source from scrap box.

Then, "Yellow 12"...Airfix kit, PE from Brengun, markings from Peddinghaus.

Oh, Helz yez...like how your final finishing and seal blended everything together: colors, markings, etc...these are two very unique birds...

designated it as carrying

which kit did you prefer, teh hase or airfix?

Each has it's merits.
The Hase kit....goes together with no fuss, panel lines are fine, but lacks a little detail in the pit and gear bays.
Airfix kit....some minor fit issues, bit heavy in the panel lines, but makes up for it in pit and gear bay detail, however, the main gears are...less than great.
Pretty even match, I'd say....unless you figure in the price!!! Then, Airfix wins by a landslide!!!

I really like your Würger, both are beautifully executed models.

The Nachtjäger pack from Eduard is waiting in my stash and scheduled for this year. Like me some Neptun.

Don't wanna come up as a smart-a$$ here, but the plural of Sau is Säue.

Hard to say which of the two looks the best. Interesting to see that two very different kits can both lead to great models.
