I've just ordered myself some decals from Hannants, and just for a laugh I've ordered a set of True details resin wheels (ok so I've now spent more on this than I did the kit - but heyho that's modelling).

Made some more progress on the Wildcat - I've given it a couple of coats of Humbrol Clear and have made a start on the Decals...

I had a bit of an issue with the clear, I used the wrong brush which happened to be contaminated with a bit of red paint - so now I have some dark pink settled into of the recesses. Hopefully I can cover it up with a dark wash afterwards though.

The Prop is painted, and I'm just starting on the Drop tanks and Wheels. The antenna post snapped on the sprue so I need to scratch build another.

@Jim - yeah, I have two green handled flat brushes - one I always use for clear coats and the other I think was last used by my daughter to paint her 727 pink... guess which one I picked up
