1:48 Desault Mirage F1

Post by Cherrylock »

The F1 was the the only non deltawing from Desault and was designed as a fighter (Variant C) and later as fighterbomber (CT) and recee (CR). The F1 was popular in many nations. On first gulf war the french has F1 and the iraq too.

There is a new kit from Kittyhawk, can say nothing, have it on stash but not build yet. The Esci is easy and has not the best details but it is possible to build a good model, i hope.

Nice collection of F1Cs Cherry! I always thought that the F1C was the best looking member of the Mirage family.

Oh wow! Great camo work. The F-1 is way better looking than the delta wings

Nice work on this bunch of jets. Paint and weathering are terrific as usual.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Nicely done Cherrylock. :beau:
I have one of the older 1/72 Airfix kits built up in South African markings.
