Ah, the wonderful sleek lines of things to come!
Had this one myself many years ago. With all Airfix 1/48 kits this too had a certain feeling of better quality than the other smaller scale kits from Airfix.

Some great lineage there and a lovely build.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
