1:48 Phönix D.1

Post by Cherrylock »

This is the Phönix D.1, a fighter build in austria, wooden fuselage, not the best fighter, so they does not build very much from this early version.

This is the special hobby kit, multi media kit with PE parts, resin cooler and exhaust, and very good pastik strukture. I used the decals from the older Blue max kit for the austro-ungarian navy squadron.

Again a master piece Cherrylock!

That wood imitation really looks real. And that's a technic I don't have a clue over, even how to start or what paints to use...
(among pretty many other technics... )
