Still working on it! I made a small base with a photo frame. The hit was washed and flat coated.

You're getting there. Looking good.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: 1/72 Jungle Outpost
Thanks. I still have to paint the figures (they are base coated now) and add some tools and foliage/shrubs.
Re: 1/72 Jungle Outpost
That is coming along really nicely Borg! Are you planning on adding figures?
Edit - D'oh - missed your last post - so ignore the question.
Looking forward to seeing the figures etc. on it.

Re: 1/72 Jungle Outpost
I have some figures by Hasegawa (different sets), Heller (those soft vinyl things) and Airfix (came with the hut). I will paint them all and then experiment with some poses/postitioning. This is my second diorama so I am still learning to "tell a story" with a dio.

Re: 1/72 Jungle Outpost
Very cool! Where did you get the set with the horses? Is this a 1/35th scale project? I also have the Jungle Outpost in 1/72 scale.
