this is the secund decl option from Revell with the rebox of the Eduard kit; Udet used the white/black ribbon for friend/foe identification, done by tape

Another beautiful kit! The two pieces on the tail, what are those? Are they some sort of landing hooks of sorts for short field landings? How can one take off with those attached to the tail? I've never seen something like that on a WW1 aircraft.

this special tie are to know it is Udets plane, it will be fisible in flight and will secure for frienly fire, and is seldom and will have infuence of the rudder
