This is a build started a few weeks ago and am currently working on, as well as a 63 replica of the '65 Sebring version. This is an Accurate Miniatures 1:24 kit. There were only 5 made and all are still in existance, valued at over $5 Mil apeace. I'm going to build this one as a Fictional Gulf version.
Where did you find the kit? I'm intrigued and want one for myself too. LOL! Ebay don't have it listed at all - except for the concept Mako Corvette. I'm being tempted to grab that one too.

Bought the kit several years ago. They are hard to find. In this build I'm using the MCG PE pack in addition to the kit PE, which also includes a resin transmission and rear oil cooler. I ordered Indy Cals 60-70s Gold Line decals for the tires and have a Goodyear stencil for this one. Here's the kit.
Thanks. I'll be using Gravity paint for the body Gulf colors. The chassis had to be filled and sanded underneath as well as remove all the body support brackets for the PE.
They are a relatively new company. They have many OEM colors for old and new race cars. http://www.gravitycolors.com/us/
They ran a Chevy 377 back in the day and most replicars don't have it.
That's right. Glad you asked. Removed the grille, rear oil cooler and hood straps in preparation for more ( you guessed it) PE. Applied base coat of Satin Black to chassis.
