I picked up a couple of "design your own" Stormtrooper Helmets on clearance at Hobby Lobby ....let the brainstorming begin!!!

I decided to try a combination of the steampunk riveted helmet, and the sharkmouth.

here is my base line work that establish panels and whatnot
