Thanks all. I'm going to have a crack at the Eduard reboxing of the Academy P-38 next. Should be interesting to see how the two compare. It will get Thomas Lanphier's markings from the Yamamoto mission.
Can you fly this plane and land it? Surely you can't be serious? I am serious, and don't call me Shirley

Eduard has a P-38 kit?! I know you said it's a rebox of the Academy kit but I didn't now they had one out.

Yep....came out a few years ago. They took the Academy mold and created a bunch resin goodies for it, like a cockpit, PE, and canopy masks. It looks sharp in the box. Since they went to all that trouble I'm surprised they don't make their own mold...maybe it's in the plans...

How did you do the seat: PE belts? Or a resin replacement? It is an eyecatcher and it looks very good.
