Happy to see you got this one to fit! The clean lines of an Arado getting in shape!

Thanks Thomas. I didn't feel all that well this morning or I would've gotten up and worked on her some more. Oh well, I'll be at it again bright and early in the morning.

Thanks Thomas. I felt much better this morning so I got after it again by cutting the side panels from the resin mounting blocks. This was a tedious process due to a possibility of breaking parts if not careful.

I got 'em test fitted here and everything looks like it's gonna work:

and in defense of Thomas' earlier statement about Aires not fitting well, it looks like this set is fitting better than any Aires set I've seen so far (as I've had stuff that just dang near didn't work in the past) :

Good to see you are lucky with the fit of this set! I guess so far you did not glue it into the clear section, to be able to paint the cockpit?

No......lol.....No glue yet Thomas. Just lining all of the fit up first and I'll paint and go from there. Good Lord no.....I'm not that big of a glutton for punishment. lol

Thanks Paul. Hopefully I can get some more progress tomorrow. My wife wasn't doing so well this morning so all the attention was on her.

Can you fly this plane and land it? Surely you can't be serious? I am serious, and don't call me Shirley

Thanks Joe. I appreciate the good word bro.

Managed to get the cockpit area black based this morning. Progress'll be slow on this one while I'm finishing up my '54 Chevy Sedan Delivery but I'm managing to do something with this every time I siddown at the bench.
