Gablers Gunfighter | Eduards 1:48 Bf 109 G-6

Post by tigrazor »

After a little bit of PITA (sorry!), i. e. armor plate of the canopy was lost and fiddly antennae wire problem shes finally done!

As always, I took some picture at my local favourite place for model pictures, and they came out as good as I expected. A little bit of Photoshop too, and thats the result.

PS: Im not building too many planes, but found that a Bf 109 is a must have somehow. I couldnt have made a better choice, this kit goes together wonderful and the decals are just a dream. Eduard leaves a lot of options too, I guess there are more variants incoming. ;)

Enjoy!

As said in your WIP thread: :lashed:

Really, this is so different to look at! A NMF Bf 109! And, added to this beauty, a really great looking base!
Lucas, well done!!!

The well built model aside it's the presentation that really hits me. Very clean and informative.

Oh, and I love the folding chair!

I love how that gras with a few flowers looks. The 109 is very nice to. My only nitpick would be that it looks like there is a seam at the wingroot/lower wing connection. Probably just a few millimetres in real live but the NMF and pics amplify it. On the topic of NMF, interesting and seldom seen choice to do that on a 109, very cool.

Ah, those macro pictures - now I can see it too and it shouldt take long to fix it. Thanks for the hint.

Torben, theres one left if youre interested. Just PM me and you can get one incl. a printed "cloth". ;)

As I said, pics always make it look worse then in real live. But because of your CC tread and your high standard I felt I could say such a thing to you.
