I love the smell of wood in the morning...

Post by tigrazor »

...so I made a new paint rack. Wasnt really satisfied with the older version. These dont look perfect too, but whats perfect? It was quite a chaos in my working room (more than usually ;) ).

Low costs for the wood & drills, and much fun to do the racks.

Looking good and practical!

And hey, I have exactly the same Back&Decker drillmachine as you, also with that black plastic box!

I love making stuff!
Nice to have things nice and orderly!
Kinda has a large "footprint" though. I made a paint rack/shelf unit to hang on the wall, by the bench...
Just some strips of 1x2 pine and trim.

No, this was only a piece of wood to prevent drilling in the floor itself. ;)

The piece of wood which I made the rack from looked a bit different.

Nice work! I love the smell of wood in the morning as well. I just have no wall or table space to put anything I build like that. Congrats and kudos for some very fine work.
