Italeri October releases.
Italeri October releases.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

The "G" BUFF... If only I still made 1/72 and had room for it...

Only now I noticed a "new" scale, 1/56 ...
Have never heard or been aware of this, somehow odd scale.
Does anyone know why on earth this kind of scale has been "invented" ?

Re: Italeri October releases.
I do not know why they this did but Italeri has made several 1/56 tank kit in collaboration with World of Tanks (buy the kit, get ingame premium tanks). But I must say, I play WoT and I model but this strange scale is putting me off from buying such a kit. I would buy 1/72 or 1/48 but not 1/56.KSaarni wrote:Only now I noticed a "new" scale, 1/56 ...

And agree, still pretty strange scale, I am also fine with the "existing" more common scales...

Re: Italeri October releases.
Italeri came out with this scale because many wargamers have adopted this larger scale for their tabletop wargames. The standard used to be 1/72 scale. So far, they are the only ones making wargame models in this scale.KSaarni wrote:Only now I noticed a "new" scale, 1/56 ...
