Well, I did it. Actually started a kit this afternoon. I was going to take some pictures, but the camera isn't wanting to focus. I guess it doesn't believe I've started a kit.
This Revell kit even came with canopy masks. Detail looks pretty good. Some very fine (translates into fragile-looking) pieces. They look very easy to break. More later.

Time to get a new camera. I'd go with the brand Thomas HIGHLY recommends.
Looking forward to the pics, Lyle!

Should be an enjoyable and well fitting kit. Heard nothing bad about it so far.

I hope I don't need a new one. Don't think so, but .....it will be the camera of champions - Nikon if that is needed.BlackSheep214 wrote:Time to get a new camera. I'd go with the brand Thomas HIGHLY recommends.![]()

Thanks, Mostrich. It looks pretty good. Haven't test-fit any of it yet, just doing some hairy-stick interior stuff. Not sure I'll spend a lot of time on the interior - need to get one built get going.mostrich wrote:Should be an enjoyable and well fitting kit. Heard nothing bad about it so far.

Alrighty! Go ahead on with your bad self brother Lyle! I'm looking forward to seeing this one progress. I might have to add one to my little stash (of kits that I'll be lucky to ever build-even half of 'em
). Keep us posted Lyle!
