Marius, I forgot to mention that it is possible to select English for the preference language on the board, which makes following and responding easy. What slows me down is the "container" that must be opened to see the image at the limited resolution of the site. It looks like images are uploaded to the forum servers, which may dictate the file size. Is that the case? Apologies for my impatience, I will follow all of your builds there, that's for sure.

The above is not critique, just a note about my own unfamiliarity with forum design. I am a member of the RPF and the Eagle Transporter forums which have similar set ups. I think I am noting my own reaction because I want to see all of your progress and catch up!!! Lol.

The cockpit work is outstanding, and I enjoyed the trials of designing a new wheel for the nose gear very much. I really like the historical records you use to inform your decisions!

I apologize for writing so much in English, but I cannot thank you enough for your assistance on the Horten. You gave me the best advice to stop worrying about the panel lines and fuel fillers, and instead see the shape as my primary target! Thank you so much for giving me great advice! That is why a friendly forum works best. I understand that being pressured to do your best is important, but having advice presented in a positive way is better. At least it is better for me. Bruce, they lately switched the board software. Old threads were implemented, but attached pictures were switched into preview mode and not into full-screen. For new attachments I chose full-screen.
I really like that my comments on your Horten let you change your focus a bit.
And you can believe me that the Hughes is really a challenge. Thanks for the likes so far.

Today I applied a second Vallejo Metal Color, Chrome, to several areas onto the Hobbyboss Mustang. Masking and removal of masks, which were directly applied on the first layer, was easy. Currently I can recomend those Vallejos!
Wings going to be colored with Revell silver or Humbrol.

Hey Marius, your XF-11 thread is one to savor, I have been working on the 1/72 Aoshima version of the Ta 152 H-1, not a lot of modeling work compared to what you are doing, my friend. You are making great progress on your Hobby Boss kit, the salt method keeps getting improved, that's for sure, particularly around the cockpit and wings, the effects look convincing at 1/72 scale, the particle clumps look right, great way to create wear and tear, a nice used look, to the fuselage.... I look forward to more.
