What a camo! I was wondering what would happen as the colors stretch over the curves of the fuselage. Beautiful! I tried to interpret the sketch from your model, and was surprised by the dimensions. The main wings form a triangle, correct? Also the fuselage shows a central barrel shape with tapered ends. I was thinking of a cigar. Very interesting the way the rear wheels are contained within a single door which operates as a cover for just one side. I did not explain that very well. In addition to being the basis of other aircraft design such as the MiG, I felt the design influenced a generation of science fiction rocket ships.

The fuselage will get a mottling once the RLM78 is applied. With some additional color spots like the blue nose and the red and blue belt on the fuselage, it might look good. Also this model will get a weathering and I hope to you use a decal-sheet from Revell’s Ta 152. Unfortunately PM decals off the kits are usually a catastrophe.

Yeah, you are right concerning the shape-thing. This “triangle-wing” reminds me on the Phoenix UFO from 1997 (?). And this thinking makes me hungry to do a scratch TR-3B from Belgium UFO-sightings in 1989…

I guess most of early since-fiction rockets are inspired by Tintin’s moon rocket. BTW, when will the second Tintin-movie be released?

This is supposedly the TR-3B photographed by Chinese spies...

... actually a painting by John Berkey... he did a lot of Star Wars paintings (book cover for ANH, posters).. classic sci-fi art...

I'm not much for Luft '46 aircraft, but that camouflage pattern is most eye-catching. Exceptional work there.

As for the Testor's B-2; I have built one of those in the past. It is a great kit and yet, beware of the massive gaps at the wing 'roots'. as it were. I do need to build one to replace the one stolen back in 2009.
