Yeah, I’m looking forward to getting started on it. I’ve always wanted to do an F-2 (even though it is an F-16

This rocks! I'll follow this one too. I'm still trying to find one in 1/72 scale. I do prefer the operational colors though. Maybe someday.

Awaiting on a few paint colors I ordered I need / didn't have in my paint stash. The toughest one is finding the correct shade of Intermediate Blue. I've searched various sources online and hoping one or two brands I bought will be the home run I'm looking for. I do know Model Master Intermediate Blue seem too dark, too grey but not blueish enough. We'll see...

I looked over my instruction guide and found I had overlooked more colors for this kit. Mr. Color
C374 Shallow Ocean Blue, C375 Deep Ocean Blue, and C376 Radome Grey. So off I went researching online and found a set I am looking to buy - JASDF Oceanic Camouflage Paint Set. I found it at Plaza Japan website for a great price... $4.22. I’m figuring it’ll cost me around $12 with shipping. Not a bad price actually even if I have to wait awhile for it to come in.

Mr. Color Intermediate Blue just doesn't look right to me. Looks like I'm gonna have to order the JASDF Oceanic Camouflage paint set from Plaza Japan website.

Ordered the Gunze JASDF Oceanic Camouflage Paint Set last week and is currently on its way here. When? Only time will tell since it’s most likely on the slow boat across the Pacific heading to the west coast.
